The
Clue Connection is a 15-3 hand, 1350 pound sorrel stallion sired
by the two time world champion, Obvious Conclusion, and out of a
daughter of Triples Image. As a yearling, The Clue Connection won
the Lone Star Quarter Horse Association Futurity, The Greater Houston
Futurity, The Quarter Horse Association of West Texas Futurity,
and The Heart of Texas Futurity. As a two year old, The Clue Connection
earned his Superior Halter Award and then went on to be the 1990
Reserve World Champion Open 3 Year Old Stallion. At the end of his
show career, The Clue Connection had accumulated a total of 85.5
halter points.
The Clue Connection's offspring have won 17 world championships
in four different registries. In 2000, two of his foals, Mr Connections
and Miss Honey Clue were awarded the High Point International 3
Year Old Stallion and High Point International Aged Mare, respectively.
His daughter, One Cool Hint, has been shown 11 times at the APHA
World Championship show and has been named World Champion in each
and every class. She is the only horse ever to win the Scarlett
Print award for three consecutive years. His very first foal, Ima
Clue Connection, ended her halter career with 460 total points and
six Top Five finishes at the AQHA World Championship Show.
